For each country, we maintain a separate page with the corporate form, registry and annual obligations. Here is a short summary of what most often affects the choice:
A full comparison of ten countries with their EU list status is on the offshore jurisdictions page. Legal entities in the US, the UAE, Cyprus, Estonia and Georgia are covered in the jurisdictions section.
With this information, we prepare a proposal that shows first-year and renewal costs separately. If it is more convenient to buy an existing structure, start with shelf offshore companies or companies with a history. If your main question is the account, see banking preparation.
Every proposal separates the payments that go to the government from the work of the agent and our own fees:
We price our services for each task: the fees depend on the country, the scope of work and the number of parties in the structure. A two-year budget is broken down in the guide what an offshore company costs over 24 months.
The bank, beneficial owners, the owner’s taxes and economic substance are covered in separate guides. We will calculate the rest for your task.
The cost depends on the country, the legal form and the scope of services: the government fee, the agent or company secretary, the registered address, KYC, accounting and renewal for the following year. We prepare a separate estimate for the first year and for renewal after receiving your request.
Renewal with the agent or registry, annual reports (for example, the annual financial return to the agent in the BVI or NAR1 in Hong Kong), updates of information on directors and beneficial owners, the registered address and mail handling. The scope depends on the jurisdiction.
A shelf structure saves time on registration and comes with its own history: documents, former owners, reporting. A new one is built around your goals from day one. We compare both options when reviewing your task.
Yes. We assess the structure’s bankability before registration, assemble the KYC package and describe the payment route. The decision to open an account is made by the bank or payment service provider.
As a rule, an identity document and proof of address for each owner and director, and a description of the business activity and the source of funds. The exact list is set by the agent or registry of the chosen country, and we send it after the jurisdiction is selected.
Yes, a registered office is mandatory in every jurisdiction, and it is usually provided by the registered agent. In the UK, a PO box has not been allowed for this since 4 March 2024; in Singapore, the office must be open to visitors for at least three hours every working day.
Yes. Beyond the classic offshore jurisdictions, we select and support US LLCs, UAE free zone structures, and companies in Cyprus, Estonia and Georgia. The requirements for each country are collected in the “Jurisdictions” section of the knowledge base.
Yes. We check its status in the registry, the filed reports and the beneficial ownership details, arrange the change of agent or address, and take the company on for annual maintenance.
