What information Offshora receives through its forms and how it is used.
Purposes and data
The contact form may collect your name, contact details, a description of your task, the jurisdiction you are interested in and technical information about the source of the request. The partner application additionally asks for your profile and acquisition channel. The information is used to answer your request, review partnership applications and keep track of referred requests.
Partner attribution
If you follow a partner link with the ref parameter, the site may store this code in a functional cookie for up to 30 days to attribute a subsequent request to the partner. The cookie does not store the visitor’s name or email address.
Access and retention
The information is available to authorized staff who process requests. Retention periods and deletion must be configured by the service owner before public launch. Send requests to correct or delete data to info@offshora.com.
